Ik kreeg na het boeken van een vlucht bij Spicejet van Delhi naar Varanasi de volgende mail van Spicejet :
Please be informed that as per notification from Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL), the UDF (User Development Fee / AAT (Airport Arrival Tax) will be levied for all the bookings having the date of travel as 1st Sep 2012 and onwards as per following details :
Out of Delhi – UDF of INR 433.00 per passenger
Into Delhi – AAT of INR 440.00 per passenger
Please note that UDF/AAT is not applicable for Infants (INF).
In view of the above, it is mandatory to pay the UDF/AAT before the date of the travel for a smooth flying experience with SpiceJet.
Payment can be done by using any of the options given below:
(1) If you are a Travel Agent, then please use your SpiceJet log-in id and password for making the booking athttp://www.spicejet.com.
(2) If your booking was made by a Travel Agent, then please contact the Travel Agent.
(3) If you made the booking directly on our website, then please visithttp://www.spicejet.com -> “PNR Look Up” -> Fill the relevant details -> Click on “get itinerary” -> “Need payment”.
(4) By calling our 24*7 call center at 0987-180-3333 / 1800-180-3333 and making the payment by Credit Card (Visa and Master Card only).
